Coronavirus Update: Business Rates Grants

HMRC have announced that cash grants of £25,000 are available for hospitality, retail and leisure businesses with business premises with a rateable value between £15,000 and £51,000

There is also a £10,000 cash grant for all small businesses with premises with a rateable value up to £15,000.

The grants will be issued through local authorities who should be in touch with the relevant businesses and we expect this to start in early April.

In addition, there is a 12 month business rates holiday for all hospitality, retail, leisure and nursery businesses in England.
