Role available from January 2019. Location: Highgate Village, London N6

The candidate will need to have/be;

  • IT literate and document management proficient

  • Experienced in a professional services environment

Responsibilities

  • Compliance management to ensure all client documentation and systems maintained and approved

  • Submission of statutory accounts to HMRC and Companies House

  • Client on-boarding process and follow up to ensure clients approve engagement letters and meet KYC requirements

  • CRM and client data management

  • Monitoring of document management system

  • Monitoring of deadlines and following up with clients

  • Day to day general ongoing liaison and correspondence with clients, tax and accounts team and HMRC

  • Helping to improve systems for productive work-flow management

  • PA support to partners and managers, including diary and email management
