Role available from January 2019. Location: Highgate Village, London N6
Candidate Requirements
The candidate will need to have/be;
Attention to detail and understanding of how important the detail is
The ability to work to deadlines, reporting directly to clients, team members and partners
The ability to think ‘outside the box’ and be a creative and quick lateral thinker
The ability to communicate well with others
Open to problem solving and offer a diverse range of skills to the team and clients
Excellent communication skills and the understanding of client service being number 1
IT literate and document management proficient
A true team player
Experienced in a professional services environment

Strong administrative background and experience

Responsibilities
Compliance management to ensure all client documentation and systems maintained and approved
Submission of statutory accounts to HMRC and Companies House
Client on-boarding process and follow up to ensure clients approve engagement letters and meet KYC requirements
CRM and client data management
Monitoring of document management system
Monitoring of deadlines and following up with clients
Day to day general ongoing liaison and correspondence with clients, tax and accounts team and HMRC
Helping to improve systems for productive work-flow management
PA support to partners and managers, including diary and email management
